At DailyDivines, we deliver essential pooja and spiritual products quickly, safely, and reliably. Most orders are delivered within 30–60 minutes in serviceable locations.

1. Quick Delivery (30 min – 2 hours)

Express delivery for eligible products and locations. Available for:

  • Pooja essentials — camphor, incense, ghee, kumkum, turmeric, vibuthi
  • Flowers & garlands, coconut, banana, betel leaves
  • Temple essentials and daily ritual products
Available in selected serviceable areas only. Delivery times may vary due to traffic, weather, or product availability. Orders during peak hours or festivals may experience slight delays.

2. Same-Day Delivery

For locations outside our quick-commerce zones:

  • Same city orders: Within 6–12 hours
  • Nearby locations: Within 24 hours

3. Scheduled Delivery

Schedule deliveries for pooja timings, temple visits, housewarmings, festivals, and special occasions. Choose your preferred slot during checkout (subject to availability). We recommend booking early during festive periods.

4. Delivery Timings

Deliveries operate daily during store working hours:

  • Morning: 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM
  • Afternoon: 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM
  • Evening: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Timings may vary during festivals and special occasions.

5. Order Tracking

  • Order confirmation sent via SMS, WhatsApp, and email
  • Live delivery tracking available for eligible orders
  • Delivery partner details shared for quick coordination

6. Delivery Charges

Charges are calculated based on distance, order value, delivery speed, and demand. All charges are shown clearly at checkout before you confirm your order.

7. Product Availability

Fresh pooja items may have limited availability due to temple demand, season, festival rush, or vendor stock. In such cases:

  • Substitute products may be offered — only after your confirmation
  • Unavailable items will be automatically refunded
  • Partial orders may be fulfilled; unfulfilled items will be refunded

8. Cancellations

You may cancel an order before it is dispatched from our dark store.

  • Cancel from the My Orders section in the app before dispatch
  • Post-dispatch: contact support immediately at +91-80697 98999
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  • COD orders cancelled before dispatch incur no charges; prepaid orders receive a full refund

9. Failed Deliveries

An order may be marked unsuccessful if the customer is unreachable, the address or phone number is incorrect, the location is inaccessible, or repeated delivery attempts fail. Re-delivery or refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

10. Delays & Exceptions

Delivery times may be affected by heavy rain, traffic, high-demand periods, or an incomplete address. You will receive an SMS update for significant delays. If the estimated time exceeds 90 minutes, you may cancel and receive a full refund.

11. Festival & Peak-Day Deliveries

During major festivals and auspicious occasions, delivery timelines may slightly extend due to high demand. We recommend placing orders early and using scheduled delivery during Navratri, Diwali, Pongal, Tamil New Year, and similar occasions.
